About the GRDC
The Gresham Redevelopment Commission (GRDC) is responsible for implementing the Rockwood-West Gresham Renewal Plan. Under Gresham law, members of the Gresham City Council serve as the GRDC.
GRDC meetings allow necessary Urban Renewal business to be dealt with, such as bid and grant awards, budget adoption, public hearings, resolutions, project approval and related updates and policy and property matters.

Meeting schedule
The GRDC meets as needed on the third Tuesday of the month at 2:30 pm, in Council Chambers as well as on Zoom.
How to attend
- The public is welcome to attend GRDC meetings in person in Council Chambers.
- Meetings are also streamed live at Council Meeting Agendas and Videos page and via Zoom.
- Zoom access and call-in information is listed in the meeting agendas below.
- Meeting agendas are posted on this page about one week before the meeting.
