The Gresham Redevelopment Commission (GRDC) is responsible for implementing the
Rockwood-West Gresham Renewal Plan.
Under Gresham law, members of the
Gresham City Council serve as the GRDC.

Meetings
GRDC meetings allow necessary Urban Renewal business to be dealt with, such as bid and grant awards, budget adoption, public hearings, resolutions, project approval and related updates and policy and property matters.
The GRDC meets as needed on the third Tuesday of the month at 2:30 pm.
How to attend and access agenda materials
The GRDC has transitioned back to in-person meetings. Members of the public are welcome to attend in person in the Council Chambers located at 1331 NW Eastman Parkway, Gresham, OR 97030. The meetings are also broadcast live at GreshamOregon.gov/Agendas, and via Zoom.
Meeting agenda materials are posted to this page in the Meeting agendas and minutes section below approximately one week before the meeting. The Zoom access link and call-in numbers to attend the meeting are listed on the first page of the meeting agenda. The agenda materials can also be accessed from the
Council Meeting Agendas and Videos webpage as follows: Under "Upcoming Events," select the Redevelopment Commission Agenda.
How to provide testimony
- One business day advance registration is required to provide written or oral testimony at a GRDC meeting.
- Two business days advance notice is required to request alternate arrangements if you are unable to access a GRDC meeting via Zoom.
- Three business days advance notice is required to request translation services for a GRDC meeting.
