About the Design Commission

  • Primary advising subcommittee to Council on design excellence for Gresham's built environment.
  • Assists in development and application of design standards and guidelines.
  • Conducts hearings as needed to ensure proposed public and private projects achieve these standards.

Design Commission recruitment

  • Are you interested in how Gresham will grow and change over time?
  • Are you interested in the appearance of our City's centers and corridors?
  • Do you have a background in landscape architecture, urban design, or building and development?

Meeting schedule

First and third Wednesdays of the month, as needed
6:30-9:00 pm
