How to access your benefits information
Employee and retiree benefits are managed through Employee Self Service (ESS):
- Go to https://greshamor.munisselfservice.com/login.aspx.
- Enter your username: [Last name] [four-digit employee number] Ex: Smith4000 (If employee number is fewer than 4 digits, do not use any leading 0).
- Enter your password: Click "forgot your password" if you need to reset your password. The system will send you an email. If you don't see it, check your spam and clutter folders.
- Select Employee Self Service.
- Select Benefits.
- Confirm and submit your elections.
