General information

This 10-acre property in the Wilkes East Neighborhood was acquired from the Camp Fire Girl organization in 1995. The park features a soft-surfaced, .46-mile Nadaka Loop Trail and a magnificent nature-based play area for children.

In April 2015, the 12-acre Nadaka Nature Park and Garden opened with wooden play structures, community garden, restroom, picnic shelter, walking loop, and public art and other attractions.

Free community events, bird walks, nature walks, and clean-ups take place frequently in Nadaka Nature Park.

The Nadaka Gardens has 58 framed plots. Call to check availability: 503-618-2300.

Visit the Friends of Nadaka website for event information.
