Title VI program
The City is committed to assuring that no person is discriminated against or denied benefits of any City program or activity on the basis of race, color, national origin, English proficiency, sex, age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or source of income per Title VI of the Civil Rights Act and the City's non-discrimination policy.
The City's Title VI plan advances the community values of equity and fairness, and is intended to ensure equal opportunities for all community members to participate in the decisions and activities of government.
