  • Thursday and Friday. 8:00 am-4:00 pm.

Paperless billing

Tired of paper bills? Sign up for paperless billing and you'll receive a link by email to view your bill online. You'll also have an archive of previous bills.

Pay online through Your Online Utilities (Y.O.U.)

  • There is no charge to pay your utility bill online through Y.O.U.
  • You can pay with credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) and e-checks using Y.O.U. 
AutoPay

AutoPay is the easiest way to pay your utility bill and it's free.

Sign up for AutoPay online.

Submit an AutoPay sign-up form.

  • Once you’ve signed up for AutoPay, your payment will be automatically deducted from your bank account on the due date.
  • Continue to pay your bills until you receive a bill that says "AutoPay On," that's how you'll know AutoPay is working for you. 
  • You'll receive a notice three days before your invoice due date, using the invoice notification method you selected.

Pay by text through Your Online Utilities (Y.O.U.)

Register to get started

Two ways to register:

  1. When making an online payment, sign up for Pay by Text and receive SMS text reminders for future invoices. These text notifications will not replace email notifications.
  2. Update your account information when logged in to Y.O.U.
    • After confirming registration, you'll begin receiving text notifications, in addition to email.
    • If a default payment method is saved, you'll have the option to reply with the prompted text message to pay.

A 24-hour drive-up payment drop-box is located in front of City Hall at 1333 NW Eastman Parkway.

Pay on Behalf of Another Person

You may pay a utility bill on behalf of another person through Invoice Cloud.

Schedule a Payment

There is no charge to schedule future or recurring payments through Your Online Utilities.

To avoid late fees, please confirm that your scheduled or recurring payment date is prior to the due date indicated on your invoice.

Late charges

A late fee is added to the utility bill if payment is not received within six days after the due date. There will be a charge for any returned payment.

Late fees and penalties are added to licenses if payment is not received by the expiration date. There will be a charge for any returned payment.
