Parking Management Manual

The state changed the rules for how many parking spots need to be included in new building projects. To address community concerns around parking supply, the City of Gresham created the Parking Management Manual.

This manual is the City’s policy on parking management and how future parking issues can be addressed. The manual was created with input from the volunteer Parking Work Group and in partnership with the Historic Downtown Gresham Association.
