The City of Gresham and Multnomah County are holding a joint application workshop for organizations seeking Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) or Home
Investment Partnership Program (HOME) funds for the 2025-26 program year. The City of Gresham expects to have CDBG and HOME funds available and Multnomah County expects to have CDBG funds available for infrastructure projects.
This workshop will cover expected funding availability and information about the application and selection processes for both jurisdictions.
