The Gresham Pleasant Valley Neighborhood Association northern boundary runs along SE McKinley Road to SW Pleasant View Road, south to SW Bulter Road and to SW Binford Avenue, then continues just south of SW 41st Avenue to Ronlun Road.
Eastern boundary follows Gresham city limits south to the county line. Western boundary follows Gresham city limits to the southern boundary of Jenny Butte Park. Southern boundary follows Gresham city limits and the county line (excludes four parcels not annexed into the city limits).
The Gresham Pleasant Valley neighborhood includes all properties annexed in the Gresham Pleasant Valley Phase 1 Plan.
