Welcome to the Central City Neighborhood Association. If you live or work anywhere within the boundaries of Burnside and Powell, Eastman and Hogan – you're a part of our association. This community consists of quiet neighborhoods, major apartment complexes, town homes, large and small businesses and Historic Downtown Gresham.

The Central City Neighborhood is bounded on the north by Burnside, on the east by Hogan, on the South by Powell and on the west by Eastman Parkway.
