Stormdrain Cleaning Assistance Program (SCAP)
SCAP offers stormdrain cleaning twice a year at a reduced rate. Businesses are responsible for cleaning stormdrains on private property.

Commercial Stormwater Fee Reduction
Commercial, industrial, community service and multi-family customers (triplex or larger) are eligible for a utility fee reduction if on site stormwater mitigation facilities exceed the City’s design requirements.
