Utility Bills
Your Online Utilities (Y.O.U.)
- There is no fee to pay your utility bill through Your Online Utilities.
- Maximum utility payment with debit/credit card is $1,100; no maximum for e-check payments.
- Sign up for our free AutoPay service, where utility payments are automatically deducted from your checking or savings account.
- Pay by text; register to get started.
- Pay by phone at 1-844-813-4738.
- To pay on behalf of another person, have this information ready:
- The account number (located on the billing statement)
- Balance owed on the bill
Business and Rental Licenses
Business and rental housing licenses may be applied for, renewed and paid for online.*

Sponsorships and Donations
Donate or sponsor City events or programs.
You will need: the donation or sponsorship type; a purpose description such as “comfort dog donation” or “Spirit of Gresham sponsor;” an email address and name for the receipt.
