Northeast Neighborhood Association
Welcome to the Northeast Neighborhood Association. If you live or work anywhere within the boundaries south of Stark, on the east by the city limits, on the south by Division and on the west by Hogan. – you're a part of our association. This community’s biggest footprint belongs to Mt. Hood Community College (MHCC) and consists of diverse neighborhoods, including single family residence, apartment complexes, town homes and both large and small businesses.
