North Central Neighborhood Association (NCNA) is comprised of businesses, homeowners and tenants interested in maintaining a safe and vibrant community.
North Central usually meets the first Thursday of May and October at 7 pm at Gresham City Hall, 1333 NW Eastman Parkway.

The boundary of the North Central Neighborhood is as follows: Glisan Street on the north; to N.E. 202nd Avenue on the west; south to Burnside; following Burnside to 242nd (Hogan); then north to Stark where it follows the Gresham city limits to Glisan.
