The Neighborhood Enforcement Team (NET) works closely with property owners, property management companies and neighborhood associations to creatively solve neighborhood issues before they require full police action.

NET conducts landlord forums six times a year to improve communication between property managers and police through education and problem solving to promote safety and increase neighborhood livability.

The Police Department offers an annual one-day landlord boot camp training for property owners, property managers and on-site mangers.
The City offers multi-family apartments the opportunity to be involved in a Person in Charge (PIC) / Trespass program. The program allows multi-family property owners (including their property managers) and the Gresham Police to work together to reduce criminal activities on private property.
Packets must include signed copies of PIC form and be renewed annually.
