Hydration Station

  • The Hydration Station is a portable water filling station, featuring multiple spigots to fill reusable water bottles. Rent it for just $50 per day.

    • No electricity needed.  
    • Fill thousands of reusable water bottles.
    • Can be hooked up directly to an outdoor faucet. 
    • For events serving 150 people or more.

    Requirements 

    • Must be an event within the City’s water service.
    • An application to reserve a Hydration Station must be received 30 days before the event.
    • Allow a 5 x 5-foot space for set-up and service.
    • Water connection must be within 100 feet of the Hydration Station.
    • Connection must be a potable water source.
    • Applicant is required to sign a release at the time of pick up.
    • There is a $50 fee due at the time of pick up. Check or exact cash only.
    • The Hydration Station must be monitored by a representative at your event. Applicants will be held responsible for any damage to City equipment. 

    Note:

    • The City will provide a site inspection before the event.
    • The City does not provide cups or bottles. 
    • Hydration Stations must be returned the next business day following the event.

    Submit application to reserve the hydration station

    • Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • If approved, applicants will be notified within two weeks. 
    • Applications must be received 30 days before the event.
    • Once approved, the station is available for pick-up during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 3:30 pm, at our Operations Center, 2123 SE Hogan Road
