The GRDCBC holds a public meeting once yearly in April or May to consider and approve the Gresham Redevelopment Commission (GRDC) proposed budget for the Rockwood-West Gresham Urban Renewal Area (URA) for the upcoming fiscal year, July 1 through June 30. Citizens have opportunity to comment on the proposed budget before it is approved.
