Landlord Bootcamp Nov. 8

The Gresham Police Department is pleased to announce that we will once again offer training to help landlords and property managers keep drug and gang activity off their rental property. This program was first developed in 1989 through a U.S. Department of Justice grant and has been nationally recognized as an innovation in State and Local Government. It has been replicated in over 400 jurisdictions nationwide.

It will be presented in Gresham by its original developer and national trainer, John H. Campbell of Campbell DeLong Resources, Inc. The information presented will be specifically for Gresham landlords and apartment managers. The training is open to the public, and the Gresham Police Department urges property owners and managers to attend.

Space is limited, so advance registration is required. There is no cost for this all-day event and lunch and snacks will be provided.
