Councilor Janine Gladfelter

Term of Office: January 2023 to December 2026
Councilor Janine Gladfelter, sworn into office in Position 6 on Jan. 3, 2023, was elected to a second term in November 2022.
Councilor Gladfelter was first appointed to fill the vacant seat of Position 6 in January 2017. She was elected to a four-year term in November 2018 and sworn into office on Jan. 8, 2019. She was voted Council President by her colleagues in 2020.
Councilor Gladfelter is a business relationship manager. She is a member of the City's Finance Committee and
served on the Community Development and Housing Subcommittee.
Councilor Gladfelter's primary committee assignments include Finance Committee and the Community Development and Housing Subcommittee. She alternately supports the Historic Resources Subcommittee.
Councilor Gladfelter is a
member of the Advisory Council for the Salvation Army.
