    Join us for our annual family fun festival that bridges the community and all of Gresham City Hall.

    You bring the kids and we’ll bring the free, hands-on, family-friendly fun.

    Festival features

    • Plenty of interactive activities for kids young and old.
    • Great information and resources for the community to learn about and use in the future.
    • Delicious local food and treats from Bent Whisker Sandwich Co., Tortilleria Y Tienda De Leon and Kona ICE.
    • Special Passport Day!  We’re opening City Hall on Saturday from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm 

    Family fun zone

    CityFest showcases what the City of Gresham does to serve the community.

    • Transportation: Display of big rigs and all of the information from our Hitting the Streets team about road construction and the improvements taking place through 2022.
    • Gresham Police: Go on mini ride-alongs with our Gresham Police officers, watch our K-9 Unit in action, and visit with the many divisions that make up our Gresham Police Department.
    • Water Resources: Learn about the many water resources here at the City, including an emergency 3-gallon bottle sale, Watershed Sciences, and info about wastewater and stormwater services.
    • Neighborhoods: Visit with our Neighborhoods team about the Neighbors Helping Neighbors program, tour the new Block Party Trailer, and learn how it can come party with you on your block next.
    • Parks and Facilities: You won’t want to miss all the fun, including the pop-up park Parks is bringing right to City Hall.
    • Fire & Emergency Services: Tour fire engines, meet Sparky the fire dog and our wonderful crew, and watch an auto extrication demonstration.
    • Urban Design and Planning (UDP): Come build your future parks with UDP’s giant Legoland activity.

    There will also be fun activities and information about Recycling and Solid Waste, Community Development, Economic Development, Budget and Financial Planning, Communications, the Youth Advisory Council, Family of Friends, MESO, Birch Community Services, and Community Gardens by Outgrowing Hunger.
