Transportation System Plan
The Transportation System Plan (TSP) is a blueprint for biking, walking, driving and transit through 2035.
TSP goals include:
- Healthy and active transportation options
- Safe and efficient transportation system
- Economic development
- Well-connected, multi-modal system
- Reduced greenhouse gas emissions and increased environmental stewardship

Plan updates 2024-2025
The City is updating the Transportation System Plan with policies related to equity, climate and micro-mobility. We are currently seeking new committee members for both the Transportation Subcommittee and the plan advisory committee to provide feedback over the next two years.
