The Gresham Redevelopment Commission (GRDC) Work Plan outlines the portfolio of major projects that the GRDC expects to undertake in the Rockwood-West Gresham Urban Renewal Area (URA) during the year.
Since 2011, GRDC Work Plan projects are presented in a combined Gresham City Council/Gresham Redevelopment Commission Work Plan document in the Building Community - Gresham Redevelopment Commission Projects section.
2013 GRDC Work Plan
The GRDC adopted its portion of the 2013 Council/Commission Work Plan on March 19, 2013. 
Each project description identifies the actions required to carry out the project, a timeline of events, anticipated outreach, and communication methods. The three projects in the GRDC Work Plan are as follows:
