Community Development and Housing Subcommittee

The Community Development and Housing Council Advisory Subcommittee advises City Council on community development and housing goals, policies, programs and budgets. One of the Committee's principal activities is to recommend how the City deploys its federal Community Development Block Grant and HOME funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to meet the needs of the City's low and moderate income residents. The Committee also promotes greater public understanding of matters pertaining to community development and housing for low and moderate income people.

The Committee usually meets the second Thursday of the month at 6:30 p.m. in Room 2A on the 2nd floor of Gresham City Hall.

The City is seeking volunteers for the two openings on the CDHS.
