Utility rates fund the cost of operating and maintaining today's critical water, stormwater and wastewater systems and the future replacement of those systems, and are the primary revenue source for providing these utility services. Adjustments to these stormwater, wastewater and water utility rates are guided by annual utility finance plans.
The goal is to find a balance that leads to long-term sustainability of quality services as well as affordability for our customers, both now and into the future.

Note: The Public Safety Fee is not a utility service and will expire on June 17, 2014.
