Building Division
The Building Division administers the building codes and related ordinances adopted by City Council and the State of Oregon to safeguard life and property by regulating building construction. Services include issuing construction-related permits and providing plan review and inspection services for building, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical construction in the city and unincorporated Multnomah County.
