The Catalyst Site sits at the center of the City's plans to energize the Rockwood neighborhood, now the youngest, most diverse neighborhood in the Portland metro region.
The former Fred Meyer site, 18611 SE Stark St., was acquired in 2005 by the Gresham Redevelopment Commission (GRDC).
Redeveloping this site is a major focus of GRDC efforts. RKm Development will redevelop the Catalyst Site.
Rockwood Rising will create an economic engine in the middle of Rockwood that supports local entrepreneurs and living-wage jobs.
