The Gresham Redevelopment Commission is responsible for implementing the Rockwood-West Gresham Renewal Plan. Under current Gresham law, members of the Gresham City Council serve as the Gresham Redevelopment Commission. The Commission adopted Commission Bylaws on February 26, 2004.
Meetings
Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of the month immediately following adjournment of the 3:00 p.m. Gresham City Council business meeting in the Council Chamber, Public Safety and Schools Building, 1331 N.W. Eastman Parkway. Previously, meetings were held on the third Thursday of the month at 4:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber.
Commission meetings allow necessary Urban Renewal business to be dealt with, such as advisory committee reports, bid and grant awards, budget adoption, public hearings, resolutions, etc.

Meetings held in the Council Chambers location are broadcast live on MetroEast Community Media, Cable Channel 22.
Replay Schedule
- Sunday following third Thursday of the same month at 10 a.m. on Cable Channel 22
- Fourth Monday of the same month at 5 p.m. on Cable Channel 30
- First Friday of the following month at 11:30 p.m. on Cable Channel 30
