The Office of Neighborhoods and Community Engagement (ONCE) offers a one-stop shopping approach to creating a strong sense of community in Gresham, using our neighborhoods as the building blocks for engaging our citizens.
Our Programs
East Metro Mediation
East Metro Mediation provides neutral mediators to help resolve problems involving neighbors, housing, business-customer disputes and workplace issues. The program also offers workshops and trainings in conflict resolution.

The Office of Emergency Management works with City departments, outside agencies and the public to lessen the impact of natural and man-made disasters through planning, mitigation, training and exercising.
