Budget Committee Meeting

A public meeting of the Gresham Budget Committee will be held (if needed) on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at 6:00 pm, at which time the fiscal year 2024/25 budget document will be considered by the Budget Committee.

Budget documents will be available on the Budget and Financial Planning page.

Public comments

Please note the process for providing public comments during virtual Budget Committee meetings.

• Written testimony: Must be received 24 hours in advance of the Budget Committee meeting to the Recording Secretary at Budget&Finance@GreshamOregon.gov.
  
  
• Oral testimony: If you plan to provide oral public testimony, you must register your name, email address, phone number and subject matter to Recording Secretary via email to Budget&Finance@GreshamOregon.gov 24 hours in advance of the Budget Committee meeting.

If you want to provide comments regarding the hearing on possible use of Oregon Revenue Sharing Funds, please submit separate testimony, following the same procedures as described above.

If you want to provide testimony and are unable to provide written comments in advance or are otherwise unable to access the meeting via Zoom, please notify the City 24 hours in advance of the meeting so we can provide alternate arrangements.
